Had a great time here, honestly. The toilets were clean, the bars were close by, and getting around was all easy. Just one of those places where this and that are right where you need them...

I had a small issue with my ticket info, so I messaged Afronation support... wasn’t expecting much or a quick reply.

But they got back to me fast! And it wasn’t one of those copy-paste answers either, they actually answered my question and kept it simple.

The person I spoke to was nice and got it sorted without making it a big thing. Made me feel a lot better about booking, good customer service overall.

Getting in was super quick, the signs were easy enough to follow, and leaving after wasn’t a hassle at all, which surprised me. Overall, yeah, they did a really good job with it

I had to cancel my plans and expected the refund to be a hassle, but it ended up being really straightforward. I’ve dealt with refunds before where you have to chase support for days, so I appreciated how quickly they got back to me and actually explained what was going on. The money came back without any issues, and the whole thing felt handled properly. Based on my experience, I’d say their support is solid.

I had a really good time overall. The lineup was solid and most of the artists put on genuinely fun sets. There were a few delays between performances, which got a little annoying, but the energy picked right back up once the music started. For some reason, I also remember seeing someone carry around a giant inflatable banana the whole night, which kind of sums up the vibe.

I went to Afro Nation the music was so good that at first I was like, okay, this is going to be amazing. The vibes were there, the performances were fun, and I definitely had moments where I was just caught up in it.
But wow, the crowd control was not it. Getting in and out felt chaotic, and there were way too many people pushing with barely anyone around to actually direct the flow. At one point near the barriers I remember thinking, nope, this does not feel safe, and I had to get myself out of that area.
I still enjoyed parts of the day, but for the price, they really need to take safety way more seriously. I’d be hesitant to go again unless they properly fix how they manage the crowds

I think this was a great value for the money. I wasn’t expecting too much when I ordered it since I’d been comparing a few options over coffee one morning, but I ended up being really happy with it. For the price, it does exactly what I needed and feels like a solid buy

I showed up to the festival fully expecting a chaotic line and a slow start, but it was way easier than I thought it would be. The queue kept moving, the staff were helpful about pointing everyone in the right direction, and scanning my ticket took no time at all.
Even once it started getting busier, things stayed organized. Security was straightforward and didn’t drag on, which was a nice surprise. It definitely put me in a better mood right from the start of the day.

The event itself looks like it’ll be good, but the communication could definitely be better. I found myself checking emails and social media way too often just to figure out what was going on. A few updates came later than they should have, which made planning more stressful than it needed to be. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do think it’s only fair to give people clear and timely information when they’ve made plans around an event.

Checkout was super quick, and my ticket showed up in my email reaaally fast. No hassle at all.
